The Halo Heat ® Cook & Hold Oven features electric operation with low temperature capabilities and a generous 40 lb. capacity, accommodating (4) full-size pans measuring 12 in. x 20 in. x 2-1/2 in. It is equipped with a SureTemp heat recovery system and an easy-to-use controller with a probe for precise temperature management. The oven includes (2) stainless steel side racks offering (11) pan positions, spaced at 1-3/8 in. intervals, as well as a removable pan in the exterior drip tray for easy cleaning. Movement is facilitated by 2-1/2 in. casters, with 2 rigid and 2 swivel featuring brakes for stability. Certifications include EcoSmart ®, cULus, UL EPH ANSI/NSF 4, CE, IPX3, TUV NORD, EAC, and N11942.
