The Halo Heat ® Hot Food Storage Unit features a single compartment designed to hold up to six full-size pans measuring 12 x 20 inches. Equipped with French doors that include two positive latch handles, this unit offers an ON/OFF adjustable thermostat along with an indicator light and an exterior temperature gauge. The thermostat allows for temperature control ranging from 60 °F to 200 °F. Constructed with durable stainless steel on both the exterior and interior, this product is EcoSmart ® certified and meets cULus and NSF standards.
