The Halo Heat ® Low Temp Holding Cabinet features a straightforward on/off control paired with an adjustable thermostat and an indicator light. It accommodates ten 12 x 20 inch pans and includes two chrome plated side racks along with three wire shelves. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, it is equipped with 2-1/2 inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes for ease of movement. Additionally, the cabinet is EcoSmart ® certified and meets various safety and performance standards, including cULus, UL EPH ANSI/NSF 4, CE, IPX3, TUV-NORD, EAC, and N11942.
