The Halo Heat ® Slo Cook Hold & Smoker Oven features a robust electric design with a generous 100 lb. capacity. It accommodates up to nine full-size pans (12 in x 20 in x 2-1/2 in) and is equipped with an easy-to-use controller. The package includes sample bags of cherry, hickory, apple, and maple wood chips for added flavor. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel, the exterior boasts a solid door and stainless steel wire shelves, along with one rib rack. Mobility is facilitated by 3-1/2 in casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes. The oven also complies with various standards, including EcoSmart ®, cULus, UL EPH ANSI/NSF 4, CE, IPX3, EAC, TUV NORD, and N11942.
