The Axis Pasta Cooker is designed with a single tank that operates on natural gas and offers a spacious 10.5-gallon capacity. Its dimensions are 15-3/4 inches in width, 37-2/5 inches in depth, and 37-2/5 inches in height. The cooker features individual controls for gas and water, along with a 1-inch port drain. Its deep drawn inner tank includes six stainless steel mesh baskets, each with ergonomically positioned handles for ease of use. A front drain tray and starch skimming drain enhance functionality, while the piezo-electric burner ignition ensures reliable start-up. Safety is prioritized with a thermocouple shutoff system. This model is constructed from durable stainless steel and is equipped with adjustable stainless steel legs. The unit delivers 50,000 BTU and comes with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications, along with a conversion kit for LP gas.
