Axis AX-GPC-2 double tank pasta cooker with 10.5 gallon capacity and natural gas

The Axis Pasta Cooker features a double tank design with a natural gas power source and delivers a substantial 10.5-gallon capacity per tank. Its dimensions are 15-3/4 inches in width, 37-2/5 inches in depth, and 37-2/5 inches in height. Each tank is equipped with individual controls for gas and water, along with a 1-inch drain port. The deep drawn inner tanks come with six stainless steel mesh baskets, each thoughtfully designed with ergonomic handles for ease of use. Additional features include front drain trays, manual starch skimming drains, and a piezo-electric burner ignition system. For added safety, the cooker incorporates a thermocouple shutoff. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it also includes adjustable stainless steel legs and boasts a powerful output of 100,000 BTU. The unit holds cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications and is shipped with an LP conversion kit.
