It is equipped with a mechanical thermostat that operates between 200-500 °F (FTDO). The oven includes counter-balanced doors with a sturdy chrome handle and is constructed with an angle iron frame and steel deck. The crown angle trim adds to its durability, while the aluminized steel interior provides efficient heat distribution. The exterior consists of stainless steel on the top, front, sides, and back. For added stability, it comes with 27-1/2 inch adjustable stainless steel legs. With a heating capacity of 20,000 BTU, this oven meets cETLus, NSF, and CE safety standards.
