This deck-type gas pizza oven features a spacious 33 in W x 22 in D interior and includes a 7 in high section. It is equipped with a mechanical thermostat that ranges from 300 to 650 °F. The oven comes with a QHT Rokite deck, crown angle trim, and a counter-balanced door with concealed hinges for easy access. Its sturdy construction includes a full angle iron frame and a stainless steel exterior on the top, front, sides, and back. It stands on 27-1/2 in stainless steel legs and delivers a powerful 27,000 BTU. The oven meets cETLus, NSF, and CE certification standards, ensuring quality and safety in your kitchen.
