Equipped with a mechanical thermostat that adjusts between 200-500 °F (FTDO), it has counter-balanced doors fitted with a robust chrome handle. The oven boasts a durable angle iron frame and a steel deck, complemented by crown angle trim. Its interior is constructed from aluminized steel, while the top, front, sides, and back are made of stainless steel.
