This gas deck-type oven features a spacious 42 in W x 32 in D deck interior with three 7 in high sections. It is equipped with a mechanical thermostat allowing temperatures between 200-500 °F (FTDO). The oven includes counter-balanced doors with a sturdy chrome handle, built on an angle iron frame with a durable steel deck. The crown angle trim enhances its design, while the aluminized steel interior ensures efficient heat distribution. The exterior is made of stainless steel, covering the top, front, sides, and back.
