The HydroVection Oven offers a full-size capacity, accommodating (5) 18 in x 26 in pans. It features (3) inshot burners with direct spark ignition and elegant black glass doors. Equipped with (2) halogen lamps, it includes (5) stainless steel racks and (10) rack positions for versatile cooking options. The oven has a cavity vent and programmable manual controls that provide hot air, humidity, and cool down functions. A four-speed auto-reversing fan motor with overload protection ensures even heating. Additionally, it comes with a 4 in fillet core probe, USB connection, and a side-mounted hand shower. The interior is lined with 304 stainless steel insulation, complemented by stainless steel front, top, sides, and back. It stands on (25 in) adjustable stainless steel legs and has a robust 3/4 HP power output, providing 60,000 BTU. Certified by cETLus and NSF, this oven is built for performance and reliability.
