The Zephaire Convection Oven is an electric, double-deck system designed for bakery use, featuring a capacity to hold five 18 in x 26 in pans in each compartment. It includes solid-state infinite controls (SSI-M) with a 60-minute manual timer, along with a two-speed fan and vent connector. The oven is equipped with dependent glass doors, an interior light, and made from stainless steel for the front, sides, and top. It stands on 6-inch stainless steel legs and meets ETL, CE, NSF, and ENERGY STAR ® certification standards.
