The hotLOGIX Holding Cabinet-HL1 Series is a versatile solution for food storage, featuring a single compartment, full height design that is non-insulated. It has the capacity to hold either (36) 12 in x 20 in pans or (18) 18 in x 26 in pans. Equipped with three fixed wire universal slides, it also includes one single pane tempered glass door for easy viewing. The bottom-mount forced air heating system, along with mechanical controls and a digital thermometer, ensures optimal food holding conditions. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet is mobile thanks to four 5 in swivel casters, two of which have brakes. It meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards and is available for rapid shipment.
