This modular holding cabinet features single-sided access and a pan depth of 2-1/2 inches. It is designed for side loading and utilizes electronic temperature control with individual timers for each pan. The cabinet accommodates either two 12 x 10 inch pans or four 12 x 6 inch pans (not included). Constructed from durable stainless steel, it meets cUL, NSF, and CE standards.
