This mobile heated cabinet features two compartments equipped with a radiant, insulated top-mount heater assembly. It offers capacity for either (16) 18 in x 26 in pans or (16) 12 in x 20 in pans, with pan slides positioned on 2-3/4 in centers. The unit is controlled by (2) independent deluxe solid-state electronic systems, complete with LED digital displays. Designed for convenience, it includes field-reversible dutch doors and magnetic anti-microbial latches. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is mounted on (4) 5 in swivel casters, with (2) of them having brakes. With a power output of 1800 watts, this product meets CSA-Sanitation and cCSAus standards.
