This manual meat slicer features a gravity feed system and is belt-driven, equipped with a 10-inch diameter chromium plated 100Cr6 forged carbon steel blade that allows for slice thickness adjustments of up to 1/2 inch. It includes a removable carriage with a safety hand guard and a built-in sharpener that can also be detached. Constructed from anodized aluminum alloy, it boasts a chromed steel slide shaft for durability. The slicer operates at 1/4 HP, consuming 185 watts, and is designed for 120v/60-1-ph power supply with a current of 1.55 amps. It meets UL and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and quality.
