The Lamber Pot & Pan Washer is a high-temperature, door-type model capable of handling (30-20-15) racks per hour with cycle times of (2-3-4 minutes). It features soap and rinse pumps, a gravity drain system, and an electronic control board equipped with digital thermometers. Additionally, the unit includes (2) integral tank filters and (1) stainless steel general basket. Designed for robust usage, it is constructed from stainless steel and operates on a 208v/60/3-ph power supply with a current of 16 amps and a power output of 1.5kW. It is certified by cULus and UL.
