The EXO Pro Wood-Fired & Charcoal Grill is crafted for installation on a masonry base and features two adjustable grill stations equipped with rear-mounted fire cages. The grill surface boasts a unique slanted V-channel design, complemented by a clocking wheel chain and gear lift system that includes brass height indicators for each station. It also incorporates a forward insulated heat barrier and an overhead resting area, along with a removable basting pan. Built from 304 stainless steel with an 11-gauge tubular main frame, this grill meets CE and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA. It's specifically engineered to create a significant impact on menus in open and show kitchens.
