The Blanco Live Fire Oven ® is a versatile, free-standing unit featuring two swing latch bay doors equipped with a key rod, along with a blocking door. It boasts a durable 2-inch thick soapstone deck and a stainless steel oven shelf for enhanced functionality. Control the exhaust with a convenient crank wheel operated baffle, and utilize the ash drawer for easy clean-up. The open front oven stand is complemented by a firebrick hearth, a hinged drop-down door, and an undershelf for added storage. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the tubular framed base ensures durability. This oven is CE and NSF certified, and proudly made in the USA, designed to maximize menu impact in both open and show kitchens.
