The Infierno ® Wood-Fired & Charcoal Grill features four adjustable grill stations equipped with rear-mounted fire cages. The grill surface is designed with a slanted V channel, complemented by a clocking wheel chain and gear lift system that includes brass height indicators for each station. A center Blanco oven is also included, along with three hinged drop-down doors and a front brick retainer. Additional elements such as overhead resting and suspension shelves, ash drawers, a firebrick base, a removable basting pan, and durable stainless steel construction enhance its functionality. This grill is CE, NSF, and ETL certified and proudly made in the USA, designed specifically for maximum menu impact in both open and show kitchens.
