The Infierno ® Wood-Fired & Charcoal Grill measures 88-1/2 inches in width and features two adjustable grill stations equipped with a rear-mounted fire cage. The V-shaped slanted channel grill surface enhances cooking efficiency. Its clocking wheel chain and gear lift system come with brass height indicators for precise adjustments at each grill station. Additionally, there's a center brick hearth station and a hinged drop-down door with a front brick retainer. The grill also includes an overhead resting shelf with a drop-in bar surface, an ash drawer, and a durable firebrick base. A removable basting pan is included, and the unit can accommodate either two short or one full-width rotisserie. Crafted from stainless steel, this grill meets CE, NSF, and ETL certifications and is proudly made in the USA, making it ideal for open and show kitchens to maximize menu impact.
