It accommodates a maximum of 240 dishes, with each dish measuring 9-1/2 in. The dolly includes four columns, each capable of holding approximately 60 dishes, ensuring efficient organization. Two-handed access simplifies loading and unloading, while recessed handles enhance maneuverability. It is equipped with 5 in diameter swivel casters, two of which have brakes, and comes with durable neoprene wheels. The chip-resistant polymer shell is enhanced with Microban ® antimicrobial protection, and the unit features an aesthetically pleasing blue vinyl dust and water splash cover. Additionally, it meets NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
