The Somerset ® Dough Roller features 15-inch synthetic rollers, capable of processing 500-600 pieces per hour with a maximum diameter of 15 inches. It operates from the side and includes a manually adjustable roller for customized thickness. Equipped with safety sensors and removable spring-loaded synthetic scrapers, this machine boasts a large hopper for efficient dough handling. Built with durable stainless steel construction and supported by 4-inch adjustable legs, it is powered by a 1/2 HP motor and complies with cETLus, NSF, CE, and USDA standards.
