The Somerset ® Dough Roller features 20-inch metallic rollers and is capable of sheeting 500-600 pieces per hour with a maximum diameter of 20 inches. This front-operating manual roller offers adjustable settings and operates at a fixed speed, equipped with safety sensors for added protection. It comes with removable spring-loaded scrapers and a large hopper for efficiency. Additionally, it includes 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs and boasts a durable all-stainless steel welded construction. The machine is powered by a 3/4 HP motor and is compliant with cETLus, NSF, CE, and USDA standards.
