This electric Hot Food Well Unit features two individual 12" x 20" insulated wells crafted from 20-gauge stainless steel. The overall dimensions are 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H and it operates with a wet connection only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls located on the panel, along with a power indicator light. The unit includes a drip-free flange and a 1" copper manifold drain, complete with individual shutoffs for each well as well as a manifold shutoff. The top is made of durable 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior housing is constructed from 18-gauge galvanized steel. Positioning clips are included for installation. It operates at 1250 watts with a power requirement of 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 10.4 amps, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit complies with NSF and cULus standards and is proudly made in the USA. The cutout size needed is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D, requiring a 7/8" corner radius.
