The Hot Food Well Unit is designed for wet operation and features four individual 12" x 20" stainless steel insulated wells, constructed from 20-gauge stainless steel. Its overall dimensions are 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H. Each well has its own thermostatic control mounted in a panel, complete with a power indicator light and a drip-free flange. The unit is equipped with a 1" copper manifold drain that includes individual shutoff valves as well as a manifold shutoff. The top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior housing is constructed from 18-gauge galvanized steel. Positioning clips are included for easy installation. It operates at 4000 watts with a voltage of 208-240v/60/1-ph and a current of 14.4-16.7 amps, and it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. This product meets NSF and cULus standards and is proudly made in the USA. The cutout size for installation measures 54"W x 25-1/4"D, requiring a 7/8" corner radius.
