This electric Hot Food Well Unit features a drop-in design with a single 12" x 20" 20-gauge stainless steel insulated well. Its dimensions are 15"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H overall and is intended for wet operation only. The unit includes an auto-fill feature, thermostatic control housed in a panel with a power indicator light, and a drip-free flange. It also has a 1" copper manifold drain complete with both well shutoff and manifold shutoff. The top is made from 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior is constructed from 18-gauge galvanized steel. Positioning clips are included for installation. The unit operates at 1000 watts with a voltage of 120v/60/1-ph and draws 8.3 amps; it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
