The oven offers manual controls and a temperature range from 86°F to 545°F. It includes a 120-minute timer or a continuous ON option, along with interior lighting for visibility. Two automatic high-speed reversing fans operating at 3200 rpm ensure efficient airflow. The unit supports steam functionality at 0-100%, thanks to an electro valve for direct water connection. Constructed from stainless steel, it also comes with a hand spray nozzle for easy cleaning and is certified with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
