The Turbofan ® Convection Oven features an electric, compact design with a countertop profile measuring 24 inches in width. It accommodates three 1/2 size sheet pans and offers 2-5/8 inches of tray spacing. The oven is equipped with manual controls and a mechanical thermostat with a temperature range of 150 - 500 °F, along with a 60-minute timer for precise cooking management. Its exterior consists of durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, while the safe-touch vented drop-down glass door enhances usability. A single-direction low-velocity fan ensures even cooking, and the porcelain interior makes for easy cleaning. Additionally, it has three adjustable stainless steel feet for stability and is certified by ETL and NSF.
