The Turbofan ® Convection Oven is an electric, countertop model with a compact design measuring 24 inches in width. It accommodates three 1/2 size sheet pans and includes three wire racks with 3-1/3 inches of tray spacing. This oven features manual controls and a mechanical thermostat that offers a temperature range of 150-500 °F. Its safe-touch vented drop-down glass door allows for easy access, while the bi-directional reversing fan system ensures even cooking. A 60-minute timer and three adjustable stainless steel feet enhance its functionality. This unit is certified by NSF and ETL.
