The Turbofan ® Convection Oven is an electric, countertop model designed for efficiency and convenience, featuring a compact width of 31-7/8 inches. It offers ample space with the capacity for (4) full size sheet pans and comes equipped with (4) wire racks and a 3-1/8 inch spacing between trays. The oven is controlled manually and includes a mechanical thermostat with a temperature range from 150-500 °F. Its safe-touch vented drop-down glass door ensures ease of access, while the bi-directional reversing fan system promotes even cooking. Additional features include a 60-minute timer and adjustable stainless steel feet, making it an NSF and ETL certified choice for any kitchen.
