The Classic Carter Banquet Cabinet is a mobile, insulated unit designed for pre-plated food. It features a single door and can accommodate plates measuring up to 10.5 inches in diameter, with a capacity of 180 plates. The thermostatically controlled heat unit ensures optimal temperature maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is certified cUL and UL EPH (RapidShip) and does not come with plate carriers.
