The hotLOGIX Humidified Holding Cabinet/Heater Proofer-HL2 Series is designed to enhance your food service capabilities. This full-height, one-compartment unit features a non-insulated design with a capacity for either (36) 12 in x 20 in or (18) 18 in x 26 in pans. It is equipped with (3) fixed wire universal slides and a single pane tempered glass door for easy visibility. The bottom-mount forced air heating system includes a water reservoir for optimal humidity, while mechanical controls and a digital thermometer ensure precise temperature management. Constructed from durable aluminum, this model features (4) 5 in swivel casters, two of which are fitted with brakes for stability. Compliant with ETL and ETL-Sanitation standards, this unit is also available for rapid shipping.
