This Combi Oven/Steamer is a gas-powered unit featuring a steam generator, accommodating up to (10) half-size sheet pans or (10) 12 in x 20 in x 1 in hotel pans. Equipped with a 10” wifi-ready high-resolution easyTouch control panel, it offers 20 adjustable cooking stages and can store up to 399 cooking recipes. It supports four cooking modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm. Additionally, it boasts an LED light, a triple-pane right-hinged door with an anti-microbial hygienic door handle, and a multi-point core temperature probe. The oven includes a five-speed auto-reversing fan, (5) wire shelves, and a pull-out spray hose, along with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic hands-free cleaning system. Built with durable stainless steel, it operates at 0.6kW, 120v/60/1-ph, 7.5 amps, and delivers 68,200 BTU, meeting cULus and NSF standards.
