This electric floor model tilting kettle features a generous 20-gallon capacity and a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. It is equipped with a solid state thermostat, safety valve, low water indicator with automatic shut off, and a pressure gauge for monitoring. The console includes a lever tilt on the right side and a faucet bracket for convenient pouring. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle stands on four tubular stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. With a powerful 12kW heating element and a maximum pressure of 50 PSI, it meets cCSAus and NSF standards.
