This stationary kettle offers a gas-powered solution with a generous 100-gallon capacity and a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. It features precise thermostatic control and electronic ignition, along with a direct immersion thermostat for optimal performance. Operators can easily monitor water levels through the sight glass, and the cooking light enhances visibility during use. Safety mechanisms include a pressure gauge, low water indicator light, low water cut-off, pressure relief valve, and pressure switch. The unit is designed for easy access with a 2-inch draw-off and comes equipped with a perforated strainer, a spring-assisted hinged cover, and a faucet bracket. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle is supported by a tri-leg design. It delivers up to 150,000 BTU and meets CSA-Star, CSA-Flame, and NSF standards.
