CROWN STEAM GLT-30 tilting kettle with 30-gallon capacity and thermostatic control

This 30-gallon tilting kettle features a gas operation, a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating, and precise thermostatic control. The electronic ignition ensures easy start-up, while the crank tilt mechanism allows for convenient pouring. A direct immersion thermostat provides accurate temperature readings, and the water sight glass offers visibility for monitoring contents. Additional features include cooking and ignition indicator lights, a pressure gauge, and a low water shut-off with an indicator light for safety. The kettle is equipped with a pressure switch and relief valve, as well as a gas shut-off valve and faucet bracket. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a stainless steel exterior, it also has a durable console and 1-5/8 inch diameter legs with flanged feet. With a power output of 100,000 BTU, this kettle meets CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF standards.
