The 40-gallon gas tilting skillet combines functionality and durability, featuring a manual tilt mechanism and a solid-state thermostat. It includes thermostat and ignition indicator lights for ease of use and boasts an electronic ignition system along with a high-temperature safety cut-off. Designed for convenience, it has a removable pour strainer and a spring-assisted cover for effortless access. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting performance and features tubular legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and adjustable flanged feet in the rear. With a powerful output of 125,000 BTUs, this skillet meets CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF standards. Please note, a maximum of two units can be ordered.
