The unit comes with five nickel-plated wire racks and offers a cool-down mode for added convenience. Inside, two halogen lights illuminate the cooking area, while the temperature range spans from 150°F to 500°F (66°C to 260°C). The stainless steel door is equipped with a double-paned tempered glass window, and the porcelain enamel interior ensures easy cleaning. A two-speed fan enhances airflow, and the oven is mounted on four six-inch casters, two of which are lockable. With a power output of 54,000 BTU and requirements of 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug, this model meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards.
