With a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F (66°C - 260°C), it also features a double paned tempered glass window within a stainless steel door and a durable porcelain enamel interior. The unit is enhanced by a two-speed fan and is supported by four 6-inch casters, two of which are lockable. With a powerful output of 54,000 BTU, this oven operates at 120v/60/1-ph and is compliant with NEMA 5-15P standards, as well as NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
