The Class A Charcoal Broiler Oven features dimensions of 41-3/8 inches in width and 41-5/8 inches in depth, designed with insulation for optimal heat retention. It is equipped with a pull-down hydraulic door, eight fire grates, and two adjustable grill racks measuring 30 inches in width by 29-3/8 inches in depth. The oven accommodates two GN 1/1 trays per rack, while the tempering cavity can hold two GN 1/1 and two GN 1/2 trays. Safety features include an antispark system, combustion shield, cooled flue, firebreak, and a hat, along with a smoke outlet vent and a lower vent with a handle regulator. Crafted with a stainless steel tube, the design is complemented by a forged and cast iron interior and a stainless steel exterior. The oven is mounted on casters for mobility and comes with accessories such as tongs, a bristle brush, a poker, and an ash drawer. It meets NSF, CE, and UL certifications.
