The Class A Charcoal Broiler Oven delivers high performance with its 30 in W x 29 in D insulated design. This model features a pull-down hydraulic door and five fire grates for versatile cooking options. It comes equipped with two adjustable grill racks measuring 19-3/4 in W x 20-1/8 in D, allowing for the accommodation of one GN 1/1 tray per rack. The tempering cavity is capable of holding two GN 1/3 trays and four GN 1/9 trays. Designed with safety in mind, it includes antispark protection, a combustion shield, a cooled flue, a firebreak and hat, as well as a smoke outlet vent and lower vent with a handle regulator. Constructed with a stainless steel tube, the oven also includes essential accessories such as tongs, a bristle brush, a poker, and an ash drawer. Its interior is made from forged and cast iron while the exterior features durable stainless steel. This model is mounted on casters for easy mobility and meets NSF, CE, and UL certification standards.
