The MercoEco Heated Holding Cabinet is a countertop electric unit designed with two shelves, accommodating two trays per shelf (trays not included). It features radiant heating from both the upper and lower elements, providing consistent temperature control. Users will appreciate the digital controls and flush mount timer bars for easy operation. This cabinet is Carecode enabled and includes USB connectivity for added convenience. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates at 800 watts and 6.7 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply.
