The Hot Hold Dry/Moist Food Warmers feature a design with two compartments stacked high and two compartments wide, measuring 19 1/2” W x 13 1/8” D x 11 1/8” H. This unit accommodates four 2 ½â€ deep pans with handles (pans sold separately). It employs patented ThermalBreeze Technology for optimal temperature management and includes reversible humidity-control inserts, allowing for effective dry or moist food holding. Users will appreciate the easy-to-use control pad and display, along with a convenient on/off switch. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, this warmer is equipped with a power output of 900 watts, drawing 7.5 amps at 120 volts and 60 Hz, and operates on a single phase with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
