The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for quick shipping and features vibrant red insulation armor. This full-height, mobile cabinet comes with insulated Dutch aluminum doors and a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200 °F, along with universal wire slides configured on 3-inch centers that are adjustable in 1-1/2 inch increments. The cabinet can accommodate either (17) 18 x 26 inch or (32) 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans. It is equipped with 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes, and operates on aluminum housing with a power specification of 120v/60/1-ph, 2000 watts, and 16.7 amps. The unit is compliant with NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF certifications.
