The C5 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet features a striking Red Insulation Armour and is designed for mobility with its full-height, insulated cabinet and door. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat capable of regulating temperatures up to 200 °F. This cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides spaced on 3-inch centers, which are adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, allowing for versatile pan configurations. It accommodates either (18) 18 in x 26 in pans or (34) 12 in x 20 in x 2.5 in pans. The unit is mounted on 5-inch casters, with two equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. It meets cULus and NSF certification standards.
