The unit includes a top-mounted, removable sharpener with dual action, ensuring sharp and precise cutting. A gasket-sealed mechanism allows for accurate adjustment of slice thickness, and the moisture-proof construction enhances durability. Powered by a 1/2 fan-cooled knife motor, the slicer stands on non-slip rubber feet for stability. It operates at 115V/60/1-ph and complies with NEMA 5-15, ETL, and CETLUS standards (specific motor to be determined at the time of order).
