This floor model Commercial Food Processor Workstation is capable of producing up to 3,970 lbs per hour. It comes equipped with a vegetable prep attachment featuring a 16-disc MultiCut pack, a dice cleaning kit (39881), and a 3mm mashed potato kit. The design includes a 4.2-liter capacity pusher feed-head with an integrated cylindrical hopper, as well as an automatic stainless steel feed-head with a four-tube system. The workstation is mounted on an ergonomic mobile cart with a rotating lower shelf and three 1/1 GN containers, along with a storage cart. It includes two sets of wall-mounted disc racks that can hold up to 16 discs, a stainless steel container for cutting tools, and features such as adjustable foot, handle, and two casters. Powered by a robust induction motor with a stainless steel motor base, this unit offers two speed options (425 & 850 RPM), 3 HP, and operates on 208-240v/60/3-ph, consuming 6.5 amps. It is also compliant with NEMA L15-20P, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards.
