The SPEC SERIES® Heated Cabinet features a roll-thru design with a height of 89 inches and a single section. It includes one stainless steel door at both the front and rear, equipped with locks and cam-lift hinges. The cabinet boasts a color-coded temperature display, interior lighting, and stainless steel ramps. Constructed with a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and an aluminum interior, it operates at 2.0 kW with a voltage of 115/208-230v, 60 Hz, and is suitable for single-phase use, with a NEMA 14-20P plug. This cabinet can accommodate carts measuring 27 inches in width, 29 inches in depth, and 72 inches in height (cart not included). It holds cULus and UL EPH classifications and is proudly made in the USA.
