The Refrigerated Chef Base features a 48-3/8 inch wide, one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge. It includes two drawers designed to accommodate two 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans (not included) and is constructed with stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is enhanced by 4-inch castors. This unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, operates on 1/5 HP, and runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.4-amp draw. It is equipped with NEMA 5-15P, cULus, and is UL EPH Classified. Proudly made in the USA.
